Although the first day of summer isn't technically until June 21st aka Summer Solstice, a lot of us consider Memorial Day weekend our kick-off to summer. In the weeks leading up that weekend, we are dusting off our grills, looking for sandals and shorts that were packed away last fall and buying plenty of bug spray and sunscreen!
